Warranty
Equipment Warranty Period: 1 year (calculated from the date of receipt).
During the warranty period and under normal usage conditions, free component repair services are provided, but consumables are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty for equipment and engineering does not include the goods (food) inside the equipment. In the event of a malfunction, please immediately move the goods (food) inside the equipment to another location and contact our warranty personnel. We are not responsible for any damage to the goods (food).
Shipping Method and Freight Calculation
In Taiwan, delivery will be made during business hours on business days (without specifying a specific time). For other areas, outlying islands, remote areas, mountainous areas, nighttime holidays, and floor handling, additional freight charges will be calculated based on the actual size and distance of the purchased product.
If the delivery location requires floor handling without an elevator or staircase handling, additional handling fees or crane costs will be charged. The buyer must inform us before signing the contract.
If the delivery location has a material that is prone to scratching or cannot bear weight on the ground, the buyer must inform us before signing the contract. Since the equipment has weight, the buyer needs to lay down floor protection upon delivery, and the seller is not responsible separately.
Instructions for Use
1. When the refrigerator has been moved or shaken, please wait for at least 1 hour before turning on the power.
2. The ambient temperature should be below 27 degrees Celsius.
3. Do not block the air inlet and outlet inside the cabinet.
4. Position the equipment away from heat sources.
5. Maintain a well-ventilated environment around the equipment for prolonged use.
